I was the Head Layout Editor of the Coral Glades High School newspaper, The Prowl. Below are samples of features I've created and entered for competition in the
Florida Scholastic Press Association.
 RoadToWhiteHouseThis layout was one of my favorite Double Trucks to make. They have to be bold and eye catching but it can't be too crazy and hard to read the article. This was a fun layout for me and I entered it into FSPA and received an honorable mention. |

 WhiteHousePollThis is just the poll that I created on the previous layout, Road to the Whitehouse. This poll alone took me about a week to perfect, but it was well worth it. I entered this piece into the FSPA and won an award for the design. |

 JobsForTeensThis is one of the first layouts I had done on my own when I became Head Layout Editor of my school newspaper. I remember all of the hard work and hours I had put into this design. I know that it looks pretty simple, but I believe it's the simpler things that are harder to design. With that being said, this layout was published by The Best of the High School Press by the NPA 2010. |
